flat course has a lot of trees but not in play, course is wide open so you can swing away lot of older people play so it's slow, but the price is right. only has two water holes, most putts are stright and slow. has only 2 par fives that are around 490 yards. 3 par 3's the rest of hole are fairly long. it plays just over 6400 yds.
